Painting is a way to take up a space, a practice, an intense and constant exercise. Basuritas is a collection that is still expandable and responds to a system of rules on its own. A scene, generally on the sidewalk, on the floor, a photo that portrays objects in a hurried way, with the limitations of going hurriedly from one place to another. The little trash is a loving portrait of disposed items, forgotten carelessly or lost. The painting is a veil, with the most beautiful colors of rottenness. The tension between the beautiful and sinister captures my attention, seduces me, calls me to approach it in each project. My desires have led me to explore in my painting elements of the world of ugliness that, with care, time, a taste for detail, technique, glitter and dedication, resignify and turn beautiful in that action.
