The source of the name “TOTSUGOTSU SHITE KONOYAMA O MINABA” refers to the phase from a classical Chinese poem. For the decoration, a spatula is effectively used so that the fluting applied to the body and the lip trimmed dauntlessly give the form a rich move. It is entirely covered with a transparent glaze. Both the higher part and the lower part of the piece, a cobalt and a copper glaze are painted with a belt shape, respectively. The intricate scenery looks like an abstract expressionism. The work is one of the “Ha no HA” series.
