BNP reopening commemorative medal

Commemorative medal printed on the back of the invitation for the reopening ceremony of the National Library of Peru, on July 28, 1884, after the Pacific War. It bears the Latin inscription "post nubila phoebus", which translates as "after the clouds, the sun".
