Bronze culpture "The Skull"

A contemporary version of a work created in 1975 as part of a sculptural happening by Franciszek Starowieyski, during which a spectacularly large skull was hung on the wall of one of the blocks of flats in Warsaw's Mokotów district, where Starowieyski lived at the time. It was a form of protest against the grey and neglected housing estates of the time.
