Oil on canvas landscape painting that shows a carnival scene in the “Alameda” boulevard of Valencia. The work is a clear example of brightness and the combination of realism and abstraction and is showing a regional flavour with characters as ladies dressed in the French fashion and young boys with the traditional dressing of the old peasants, with “zaragüelles” and “mantas morellanas” . By Ignacio Pinazo Camarlench (1849-1916). Ordered for the restaurant “Leon de Oro”, Valencia, 1889.
