The older farms have a different structure. The house, of the manor or noble type, is situated within the centre or on the outskirts of the settlements, while its vineyards are scattered in the surrounding lands. However, there are also some plots of land cultivated with vines within the settlements, mainly next to the manor houses further away from the more populated nucleus.
