Casserole with a truncated conical body, exposed walls with a characteristic carina in the upper third highlighted with an incised line; edge with flat lip thickened inside and outside; and flat bottom. It is provided with two oval section handles that start at the lip and end under the hull.
It is made with beige calcareous paste, with a medium-sized degreaser, in oxidizing firing. Abundant vacuoles can be seen on the entire surface.
According to Manuel Acién, the precedents of this form are the carinated bowls from the Visigoth period that, without a doubt, influenced Andalusian productions, leaving examples in Bayyana (Almería), Ronda or Mallorca at caliphate levels.
There are also parallels of this piece in the city of Zaragoza in the excavations of Pº de la Independencia in the abandoned levels of the suburb, in the Fleta Theater and in the San Pablo ovens.
