Channel Brand Santa Barbara County Lemons

This Channel Island fruit crate label advertising Santa Barbara lemons was used by the Goleta Lemon Association in the 1930's and 1940's. These were Red Ball grade lemons which had to meet stringent specifications including at least 30% juice and they cannot have been in storage longer than six and one-half months.
