This is a Korean transcribed version of Heo Jun’s 『Donguibogam』 of 1610 (year 2 of Gwanghaegun). Only three books from Naegyeongpyeon (volume 1, 3, 5) are found today. This seems to have been produced for royal women, and shows how 『Donguibogam』 was used in the palace. Seeing from the conditions of papers and the annotations used, this one looks like a copied version of the mid 19th Century.

- Korean caption: 1610년(광해군 2) 허준(許浚, 1546~1615)이 편찬한 『동의보감』을 한글로 언해하여 필사한 책이다. 내경편(內景篇) 권1․3․5에 해당하는 3책만 남아있다. 왕실 여성을 위해 제작한 것으로 추정되며, 『동의보감』이 왕실에서 구체적으로 활용된 사례를 보여주는 귀중한 자료이다. 종이나 언해의 특징으로 미루어 19세기 중엽의 필사본으로 추정된다.
