Cupressaceae, Cultivated Plants of Tennessee. Deciduous tree with spreading branches and a narrow pyramidal shape; bark cinnamon colored, peeling in strips. Grown from a cutting in 1955 taken from an original seedling brought from Arnold Arboretum about 1950. Property of Hobart D. Dunlap, 1979 Scenic Dr., Knoxville, Tennessee 37919. (Specimen in front of house of Mr. Dunlap's daugther living next door.)
