De Castillia 23 by Urban Up, Gruppo Unipol is a high-rise complex, designed by Progetto CMR, which brings an old building in Milan’s Isola district back to life. The building has been converted for the advanced services sector using state-of-the-art sustainable precepts.
For the construction of such an innovative building, Progetto CMR chose partners with the same attention to individual and collective well-being.
The result is a partnership with Fiandre Architectural Surfaces for covering facades, balconies, outdoor flooring and external columns, using Active Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™ technology.
