Decorative stained-glass window

Early 1950s

Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano

Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano
Milano, Italy

At the end of the Second World War, the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo commissioned various companies to make new stained-glass windows for the upper windows of the Cathedral's central nave, corresponding to the first and second order of the Rooftops. This purely decorative window comes from the second order and is found in correspondence to window V02, located along the southern side of the Duomo, towards the Archbishopric.
