Devastation(摧残) was created by Fu when he was studying in Japan. The golden petals of chrysanthemum were withered and fallen. The artist used different shades of ink to depict its luxuriance and withering. The chrysanthemum flowers were concealed by leaves, but kept exuding aroma in reserved tranquility.
