Deutsche Grammophon

Deutsche Grammophon
Berlin, Germany

Dr Hans-Werner Steinhausen joined Deutsche Grammophon in 1950 as Technical Director. It was he (with acoustician Heinrich Keilholz) who defined the very strict rules governing record production.
