A Dutch Christmas plate made by De Porceleyne Fles in Delft in 1918. The commemorative plate celebrates both the armistice of November 1918 with the inscription “Peace on Earth” as well as "Kerstmis" or Christmas of 1918. The large central white star and depictions of mistletoe also reflect harmony and amity. The plate was painted by LP Dijkman.
