#4387 is a classic 'semi-convertable' car in that it can be used with reasonable comfort on a year-around basis. Closed windows and electric heat keep passengers warm during the winter months, while the row of open windows allowing fresh air to blow in as the car moves keeps passengers as cool as they can possibly expect before air conditioning systems could be invented.
