Govindram Seksaria, once the 'Cotton King of the World' built this beautiful magnificent building for his family. The opulent entrance lobby, clad from floor to ceiling in shades of Italian marble, is a visual reminder of the brilliant business success of its original owner.

This building is a part of 'The Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai', a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was inscribed to the list on June 30, 2018.
