The weekly Football magazine left on January 24, 1920. He maintained a regular activity until the number 115 of July 15, 1922, although interrupting the publication for long months due to paper costs and printing, unsustainable compared to the few recipes with Sales and the scarce advertising. Published on Saturday, presented an extensive national sports news (centralized in the Lisbon sports activity) and international activity. He returned with a second grade on December 9, 1922, but only managed to edit four numbers due to the high price, exemplify the difficulties with which the Portuguese press of height is discussed.
The magazine was owned by five former students of the house Pia de Lisboa (Augusto Faria, Ricardo Ornelas, Manoel Cruz, Cândido de Oliveira and Álvaro da Fonseca), which formed the employee 'football'.
