Kelly Extra Police required in Dist 10/11/90]Police Department, CHIEF COMMISSIONERS OFFICE, Melbourne, 5th Novr. 1880 Memo: Forwarded to the Officer in Charge of the Depot with a request that he will tell off constables for this special duty. The man for Milawa will be sent to Wangaratta Police and the other to Lake Rowan to Benalla whence they will be dispatched to those stations. The men for the other stations named by Mr. Sadleir are to be sent direct to those stations. They are to proceed to the stations mentioned as quietly as possible and will be withdrawn as quietly when their services are no longer required, which will probably be in two or three weeks time. C.
