Zvonimir Dangubic was born in 1956. in Koprivnica. As a boy he showed a particular interest in carving wood. Fascinated by a masterful sculpture of his uncle Martin Hegedusic, who is still his role-model in a way, began to create sculptures and reliefs in wood.
