A device for mechanical processing of wood into paper raw material (pulp).
Factory number 1258. Incomplete device - no abrasive stone. The device consists of four steam-operated pistons (presses). Pistons pressed blocks of wood against the rotating abrasive stone, and as a result, they were rubbed into a pulp (wood pulp), which was used in the production of newsprint and cardboard. The pulp was used in the factory in Pilchowice, where it produced pulp and processed into cardboard, from which the coasters for drinks were produced.
