Hamburg and Archaeology: Child’s Leather Boot

During excavations before the construction of the “Europa Passage”, numerous foundation piles of long since demolished houses came to light. The find material retrieved there is diverse. A leather boot of a child which was lost 700 years ago in medieval Hamburg is to be counted among the most special finds.
