This ivory image of Infant Jesus, is placed in a small cradle made of silver. All sides of the cradle are formed by a pierced screen. The legs and feet of the bed, end in flattened balls. The bed is accompanied with a mattress made of velvet and embroidered in gold thread. The image of the Infant Jesus made of ivory is shown in his usual naturalistic pose – sucking his finger – wearing a waistband and a pair of anklets.
