Inspector's visit book

Notebook in an oblong format with a hard patterned cardboard cover. This is an official book published with a series of pages for compulsory grades along with additional blank pages that an inspector would use to write additional notes during an inspection. The inspector would record any observations or flaws found in the school, with teaching, or possibly in relation to individual students or the teacher.
