Institutional propaganda poster for the 28th February 1980 referendum for autonomy in Andalusia

With the slogan “With our autonomy we can equal the first. 28F REFERENDUM. AUTONOMY. VOTE. OUR ANDALUSIA”, the regional government (Junta de Andalucía) appealed to non-discrimination in the access to autonomy in relation to the “historical” communities which had reached self-government by the so-called fast track, article 151 of the Spanish Constitution.
