Japanese tsuitate, or screen with rosewood stand. Front is black laquer with waterfowl and cherry blossom tree scene in slight bas-relief with inlays of mother of pearl, semi-precious stones, ivory, and gold leaf. Reverse is not laquered and has scene pine tree and birds (hawk and smaller birds). Stand depicts waves.
