A stained glass window pane depicting Judas Maccabaeus (c.191 - 160 BCE) an ancient figure known for leading a revolution against a Hellenistic pagan ruler. His armour is based of medieval knights, rather than the clothing that Judas may have worn in the ancient Mediterranean. The window was created in the Arts and Crafts style, an English movement that looked back to the chivalry of Medieval culture, which is likely why Judas is wearing such armour. This window was created by William Morris, Ford Madox Brown, and Edward Burne-Jones.
