Volumetric measuring game with measuring jugs. Volumetric measures are a group of standardized containers used to measure regular or quantifiable items, i.e. liquids or dry materials (grains), that could fit into different shapes (cubes, jars, boxes, etc.). They were a very common resource for teaching arithmetic in schools. Specifically, they taught children about the concepts of quantities, units of volume, and their greater and lesser multiples (liter, deciliter, centileter, decaliter, etc.).
