The performance is related to the legend of Sennin Bashiko. One day a man walked outside his hut and saw a dragon in the clouds, tears streaming down its eyes. He realised that the dragon was sick and suffering. He called him back and healed him with acupuncture. The dragon soared into the air and flew into the skies, having previously performed a dance and sang in front of the doctor. Another day, Bashiko saw this dragon ascending to the Holy Land. After that, Bashiko's hut was deserted. It can be assumed that Sennin Bashiko went with the dragon to the eternal realm.
