Pottery

Pottery, which is typical for the 2nd half of the 9th century, was found in the settlement layer of the time after the Viking attack. In addition to local pottery, pots from Frisia and Slavic regions were found as well. Slavic pottery is decorated with patterns that have either been carved or pressed with a stamp.
