The "Lace for the World" project, a Bobbin lace sail made by 150 lacemakers, using 8 kg of thread. 437 squares, each measuring 30x30 cm, form a sail of 53.262 square metres.
All the pieces are of different colours and shapes.
In 2015 this piece of work entered the "Guinness Book of World Records", following the efforts and dedication of those who have not forgotten that tradition also means heritage.
