The use of elegant materials and erudite designs distinguishes the composition of the noble house's façade. The organisation of the façades in rows punctuated by doors, balconies and sill windows, with stone mouldings and lintels, are complemented by curved or pointed pediments and wooden, stone or iron railings. This differentiation is enriched by the polychromy of the walls which ennobles the façades.
