This book, published in 1765 (year 41 of Yeongjo), lists the books used for the lecture in the presence of king Sukjong, Gyeongjong and Yeongjo. Yeongjo is referred to as ‘Daejeon’, and the lecture up to 1765 (year 41 of Yeongjo) is recorded. The books used are divided mainly into the time before and after ascending to the throne, and they are again split into three parts called Gyeongyeonjingang, Sodaejingang and Yadaejingang. This system of giving regular lectures to the king and the crown prince reflects civil administration and this list shows the lecture system.
