Weston Park
Weston-under-Lizard, United Kingdom

The White Sytch is a detached ornamental pleasure ground that was created by teh landscape gardener John Webb for the 1st Earl and Countess of Bradford in the early nineteenth century. It takes its name from the large lake at its centre and this ornamental rustic building stands besides the lake. The Luncheon Hut is a rare survival - a remarkable building, its walls ornamented with rough-hewn branches - which can be seen in this photograph of circa 1890
