[Manuel G. Abastos]

Caricature of Manuel Godofredo Abastos (Moquegua, 1893 - Lima, 1983), lawyer from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Collaborated in La Prensa newspaper (1921-1923). University Professor and adviser to the Ministry of Government and Police. Consultant of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dean of the Lima Bar Association from 1956 to 1957.
This caricature was made by Julio Malaga Grenet (Arequipa, 1886 - Lima, 1963), a prolific artist who stood out as a key figure in the development of graphic art at the beginning of the 20th century.
