Manuscript of Yoon Dongju, “Confessions”

Photo of Yoon Dongju’s handwritten manuscript of Confessions (Jan. 24, 1942). This is the last poem he wrote just before leaving for Japan after he graduated from Yonhui College. His memos and scribbles at the bottom of the poem show how much the poet struggled to pick and choose the words of the poem.
