Map printed using copper engravings, showing the point where the Tinto and Odiel river mouths meet, and the location of the city of Huelva in the mid-19th century. It was made by the Office for Hydrographic Works, which was responsible for the study and development of nautical cartography. The map's coordinates reference the Greenwich meridian and the cardinal points are indicated by a fleur-de-lis marking north.
