Money Box

Money boxes were used to collect change to later deposit it to the bank that produced the box. This box was provided by the Sterling Bank of Canada. The Sterling Bank of Canada was incorporated in 1905, remaining independent until a mertge with the Standard Bank of Canada in 1924. The bank had a local branch in Jordan Station.
