Mosaic compostion floor, Chapel of Saint John the Baptist

The mosaic floor has blue, pink, yellow and sepia tone mosaics in amethyst, lapis lazuli, pink marble and agate and is based on the armillary sphere with plates and bands with mediterranean floral garlands in oriental verde-antique, French white-black, Sarabetsa, breccia and ancient purple with gilt brass separating fillets.
