Pierluigi Cerri (Orta San Giulio, 1939) is an Italian architect and designer, he graduated at the Politecnico di Milano where he taught with Umberto Eco. In 1974 is a founding partner of Gregotti Associati, with which he won numerous architectural competitions. Member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale, in 1976 he conducted the photo exhibition of the Venice Biennale; was responsible for the image of the Kunst-und Ausstellungshalle in Bonn and of Palazzo Grassi in Venice. He was editor of the magazines Casabella and review; He collaborated with the magazines Lotus International, Abitare, Domus, L'Espresso; He directed a series of graphic design page, Electa.
