From the very first sheet of paper she made, the artist became aware of the enormity of undiscovered secrets and possibilities of the technique of hand-made paper, as well as of the pulp itself. She interprets her work in the same way: "... it is a workshop in which we decide from the beginning to the end about the shape of closing matter from an undefined mass into a form defined by us. We freeze the image at the selected moment, created during the mechanically moved mass and the artist's gesture (...) It is a fascinating moment when two energies and two forces meet in a gesture of drawing controlled by me, starting a very dynamic process of creation.
The "Nebulae" series expresses exactly what the artist is talking about.
