New reading room for boys and girls in the National Library of Peru

The reconstruction plans for the sinister National Library led by the new director of the institution, Jorge Basadre, also contemplated an internal restructuring of library services and departments, as well as giving the library a new role within a democratic society. As part of the new services for citizens, a children's section was created.
