"Opossums" from 'A general history of quadrupeds'

These two pages discuss "The spotted opossum" (now called a spotted-tail quoll), the "vulpine opossum" (brushtail possum) and the "Flying opossum" (Gliding possum).

This work included illustrations engraved by Bewick, and scientific descriptions by Beilby. The first edition was printed in 1790.
