The Sydney Domain featured in this rendition was one of the many places in our early colonial history where cricket could be played. Captured here is a rendered impression of the cricket match played between the All England XI, (captained by HH Stephenson) and the NSW 22. This professional cricket match proved to be a successful event as it was the first time an English team toured in Australia.
