Luginova Valentina Georgievna, was born on January 18, 1951 in the Suntarsky district of the Bordonsky nasleg of the Yakut ASSR. She graduated from the Ho Chi Minh Irkutsk Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages with a degree in French and German. She worked as a teacher of French in Lego, Syrdakh and Myurun secondary schools in the Ust-Aldan district. Pedagogical experience - 33 years. In 1995 she graduated from Yakutsk State University with a degree in teacher of the Yakut language and national culture.
