Francisco Augusto Pablo Elias Riquelme (1890–1977) was a director, producer, screenwriter, and translator. He made the first feature-length movie with sound in Spain in 1929. It was “El Misterio de la Puerta del Sol” (The Mystery of the Puerta del Sol), and was first screened on January 11, 1930. He produced an extensive catalogue of motion pictures in Spain, France, the US, and Mexico, until the mid-1950s. Civil Registry of Huelva.
