In 2014, the Guinness record of Heisei-taishi, handmade Japanese paper made by Ueyama paper mill was rewritten for the first time in 25 years. The paper was made for Takehiko Inoue as a base for ink drawings. Known for his manga "SLAM DUNK" and "Vagabond," Inoue made ink drawings of the world of the Spanish architect Gaudi in a special exhibition in Tokyo's Mori Art Museum called "Gaudi × Inoue Masahiko – Synchronizing the Creative Source." Inoue also participated in the making of the world's largest handmade Japanese paper of 4.3 x 7.1 m.
