The Perth Scorchers won their third BBL trophy in fours years, defeating the Sydney Sixers by nine wickets at #TheFurnace on 28 January 2017. The Sixers managed 141 with Scorcher's speedster Jhye Richardson taking 3-30 while the Scorchers made 1-144 winning in the 16th over. Michael Klinger scored 71 not out for the home side.
