Lady Lucy and Lady Charlotte Bridgeman's mid nineteenth century photograph captures a group sat on the steps of the cast-iron framed Conservatory at Weston Park. The Conservatory had been built for their father, the 2nd Earl of Bradford, and was designed and built by Jones and Clarke of Birmingham. This handsome domed building survived until the early twentieth century when it was taken down and its footings used as the base of the present hardwood conservatory that Foster and Pearson built.
