Photograph of the large lagoon in the Park of the Exposition. This picture is included in the album of photographic miniatures by José María Eguren from the archives of the National Library of Peru.
This lagoon, also known as the main one, covered an area of 1,000 square meters and hold fish and aquatic plants in its waters. A wooden bridge connected to an artificial island with a viewpoint located in its center. This space was used for boat rides and regattas.
